• Refunds (where applicable) are returned to the same card used for payment.

• International card refunds are processed in NZD; exchange‑rate differences may occur.

Visa & Mastercard are accepted; a 2.5% card surcharge applies.

EFTPOS, direct credit or cash payments do not incur a surcharge.
